Screenprinting

Our screenprinting department consists of five manual presses and one automatic press. We have the capability to print up to eight spot colors and a maximum size range of fourteen and one-half inches square with fantastic results. From tee shirts and jackets to caps and bags, if it will lay down flat, we can print it.

Our printing abilities allow us to produce spot color, 4-color process, ColorCrunch, and index printing. We use a large range of inks from something as simple as plastisol to a full spectrum of vinyl, enamel, and reflective inks.

In addition to an already complete screenprinting company, we also have heat seal equipment to enable us to further enhance a screenprinted garment with rhinestones, heat transfers, or foil type applications.
